Our policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale.

How to return

Open the order from your account and choose "Request a return" within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
